Fan-favorite character Cosmo the Spacedog, from Marvel Studios' Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 3, was a very good dog indeed at San Diego Comic-Con! In celebration of the movie's August 1st release on 4K Ultra HD™, Blu-ray™ and DVD {now available on Digital}, Cosmo, “paws-played” by Jackson the Fire Dog, a Los Angeles County Fire Department therapy dog, participated in a pawtograph signing at the Marvel booth, meeting with with fans, taking photos and even helping to facilitate a marriage proposal! Hundreds of fans were able to take home an exclusive mini poster and the first 50 in line received a Digital Code to see the movie at home.
Marvel Studios’ Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 3 is available to buy now only at Digital retailers and arrives on 4K Ultra HD™, Blu-ray™ and DVD on August 1st. In the hit film, our beloved band of misfits are looking a bit different these days. After acquiring Knowhere from the Collector, we find the Guardians working to repair the extreme damage done by Thanos and determined to make Knowhere a safe haven, not only for themselves, but for all refugees displaced by the harsh universe. But it isn't long before their lives are upended by the echoes of Rocket's turbulent past. Peter Quill, still reeling from the loss of Gamora, must rally his team around him on a dangerous mission to save Rocket's life-a mission that, if not completed successfully, could quite possibly lead to the end of the Guardians as we know them.
At least the movie only runs 70 minutes, though I suppose that extra 10 technically disqualifies it from being a literal amateur hour.
