Selecting movie #1 to kick off “31 Days of Halloween” can be a challenge, but SyFy is making it easy by debuting their original film “The Crooked Man” on Saturday, October 1st at 9/8c. Starring Michael Jai White (SPAWN), Amber Benson (“Buffy the Vampire Slayer”), and Dina Meyer (STARSHIP TROOPERS), “The Crooked Man” is just one of the new SyFy Originals fans can find on the network during their “31 Days of Halloween” event.
Synopsis: While at a slumber party, 12-year-old Olivia is blamed for the horrific and mysterious death of her friend after singing a song, created by reclusive mastermind Milo (Michael Jai White), which summons a demonic figure known as "The Crooked Man." Returning to her hometown six years later, a string of unusual deaths leads Olivia (Angelique Rivera) to believe that she's still being haunted by whatever she saw that fateful night. Once you sing the rhyme, everyone in the house is cursed to die by his hands.

Whether you like the film’s irreverent attitude or not, “Street Trash” is exactly the rude, ridiculous, rebellious movie Kruger means for it to be.
